Refund Policy

The following is our standard cancellation and refund policy. Please note that certain tour routes may have specific adjustments to these policies. We strongly advise you to carefully review the specific refund policy detailed within your chosen tour route's description before booking.

Standard Cancellation Fees

If you need to cancel your booking, the following deductions will apply based on the time of cancellation prior to the departure date:

  • 120 to 91 days before departure 50% deduction
  • 90 to 51 days before departure 70% deduction
  • 50 to 31 days before departure 90% deduction
  • 30 days or less before departure 100% deduction

Note: All percentages refer to the total tour fee plus applicable taxes. Refunds are processed according to the original payment method.
