Terms of Service

1. If the number of participants is insufficient or under other special circumstances, our Company reserves the right to cancel the tour. Guests may choose to transfer to other tours or request a full refund of the tour fees paid. Our Company shall not be liable for any additional compensation.

2. A 3% surcharge applies for payments made by credit card. Guests departing within 60 days must pay the full tour fee in a single lump sum. If a guest wishes to cancel a booking after confirmation, a refund will be processed according to our Company's cancellation policy.

3. Entry requirements vary depending on the travel documents of specific countries. For details, please consult our staff or the embassy/consulate of the relevant country. Travel documents should be valid for at least six months from the date of the tour's departure. Visa processing takes time, so please apply as early as possible.

4. All necessary travel documents and important items must be kept correctly and safely. Guests are responsible for any lost documents. If a guest is refused entry locally due to document issues, they may not request a refund or transfer to another tour, and our Company bears no responsibility. On the day of departure, if a guest misses the flight or bus because they did not arrive at the specified time and place, it will be considered as voluntary abandonment; our Company will not refund any fees. Airlines are only responsible for the operational terms stated on the ticket. If a passenger does not board the aircraft, the airline will not assume any responsibility.

5. Our Company reserves the right to adjust the itinerary and change hotels to ensure the smooth progression of the tour's sightseeing activities.

7. After the tour departs, if a guest drops out midway for personal reasons, it will be considered as voluntary abandonment, and our Company will not refund any fees or provide any compensation. 8. Tourists must follow the arrangements of the tour leader and guide during the journey. Any separation from the group (such as using the restroom) must be notified to the tour leader or guide in advance. Any additional expenses incurred due to lateness affecting the normal operation of the itinerary shall be borne by the late tourist.

9. The number of pieces, weight, and size specifications of free checked baggage for each guest are subject to the regulations of each airline. Since airline regulations change frequently, guests must check carefully before departure.

10. To protect the interests of all guests in the tour, if a guest deliberately obstructs the normal activities and interests of the tour or the tour leader, the tour leader has the right to cancel their qualification to travel with the group. Our Company will not refund the tour fee paid, and our Company will not assume any responsibility for all their activities after leaving the group.

11. Tourists are requested to use any appliances and equipment rented from our Company with care. In case of damage or loss, our Company will not refund the deposit and rent.

13. For the sake of fairness, in the event of a full bus, the guide will be responsible for arranging the seats on the tour bus, and guests must sit according to the arrangement. If there are special circumstances such as motion sickness, you can purchase front-row VIP seats at your own expense.

14. Cancellation and Modification Policy: Cancellations or modifications made 60 days (inclusive) or more prior to departure will incur a deposit deduction of CAD $300 per person. Cancellations and modifications made 30 to 60 days (inclusive of 30 days) prior to departure will incur a deduction of 50% of your fee plus taxes. Cancellations and modifications made within 30 days prior to departure will incur a deduction of 100% of your fee plus taxes. The deposit is only applicable to tourists who book more than 60 days before departure. The full payment must be settled 30 days before departure. Failure to pay the balance 30 days before departure may result in automatic cancellation of the tour qualification, and the deposit will not be refunded.

Travel Insurance: To protect the personal interests of guests, our Company recommends that guests purchase personal travel insurance, including compensation insurance for accidents, illness, baggage, and tour cancellation. If guests choose to purchase, they must do so before departure. If guests choose not to purchase, they acknowledge that our Company has informed them of the insurance options, voluntarily waive the travel insurance recommended by the travel agency, and take full responsibility for any possible accidents.

16. Pictures and text information shared by guests in chat groups or moments are allowed to be shared and used by others by default. If guests do not want others to share or use them, please declare this in advance.

17. Fee Matters: The tour price of each tour member is a matter of two-way privacy between the travel agency and the guest. We protect the privacy of various guest information and prices. Similarly, the participating guests are also obliged to protect the privacy of the prices and discounts given by our agency, and must not compare and discuss prices among tour members. Our Company reserves the right to pursue personal responsibility for any incidents caused by guests' unauthorized violation of privacy regulations. The fees listed for this tour are based on the ticket price, hotel accommodation fees, tour bus fees, program admission fees, and foreign exchange rates at that time. If there are any changes, no further notice will be given. If there is a fuel price increase or foreign exchange fluctuation thereafter, our Company reserves the right to adjust the fees before departure, and guests who have paid all the fees will not be restricted by the above terms.

19. Customs is a state organ responsible for collecting and protecting tariffs and controlling the entry and exit logistics of animals, property, and dangerous goods. In most countries, customs have obtained government authorization and international law permission. Our Company has no right to interfere with all relevant activities of tourists with customs, immigration departments, border inspections, police, and other national and government departments of various countries, and does not assume any responsibility for them.

Liability Details: The hotels, airlines, buses, and other transportation service organizations used in the itinerary have formulated corresponding regulations regarding passenger safety and property issues. If guests encounter the loss of baggage, accidental injury, or death, they must negotiate and handle it directly with the relevant service organizations according to their specific regulations, and our Company does not assume any responsibility. Our Company reserves the right to handle all hotel accommodation, meals, and sightseeing activities. In case of special circumstances, such as visa delays, bad weather, strikes, loss of documents, sudden unavailability of local hotels, cancellation or delay of scheduled flights, breakdown of tour buses, coups, etc., which necessitate changing the itinerary and accommodation arrangements or canceling any sightseeing items, our Company has the right to adjust operations accordingly depending on the situation. Guests are not allowed to object or demand to leave the tour for any reason. Guests must abide by the laws and regulations of various countries. If guests are refused entry to a certain country or cannot complete the entire itinerary for personal reasons, our Company will not assume any responsibility, and will not refund the tour fee paid by the guests. Guests shall bear any extra expenses incurred from such events.
